  2. Reusable water bottle

  3. Accountability partner

  4. Protein

Gym membership

The gym is where you build discipline and find strength. Not just physically, but mentally too. Many gyms have memberships for as low as $10/month. 

Reusable water bottle 

Good hydration is critical for muscle function, performance, recovery, and weight management. A refillable bottle helps you drink (at least) a 1/2 gallon of water per day without nickel-and-diming your bank account.

Accountability partner 

Having someone to help keep you on track and push you towards greatness is a major benefit. Seek out an accountability partner who wants (and is willing to do the work) to change their life too.

Protein

Eating enough protein is the most important step in shedding pounds and getting ripped. Lean proteins and protein shakes help you maximize protein intake without consuming too many calories. 

Patience 

It takes time to build the habits of a champion. Be patient and enjoy your journey. The real joy comes from the effort, not the outcome.
