Are you ever too busy to hit the gym? 

If so, then this email is for you.

One of the biggest excuses I hear from people for why they can’t work out is that they don’t have time. 

If you’ve ever used that excuse, the good news is you don’t need a gym to get your daily workout in. 

There are plenty of bodyweight exercises you can do at home and get right. All you need is open space, 20 minutes, and some heart. 

Bodyweight exercises are not only effective in burning calories, but you also enjoy:

  • Improvements in functional fitness, which mirrors everyday body movements

  • Convenience because they can be done anywhere at anytime 

  • Improved mental health

  • Enhanced cardiovascular health 

If those benefits sound useful, get drippin’ with the following body weight circuit. 

Jonathanliftz Bodyweight Workout 

  1. 50 jumping jacks 

  2. 30 high knees 

  3. 15 burpees 

  4. 20 mountain climbers 

  5. 30-second plank 

  6. Rest for 1 minute, then repeat this circuit 3 times. 

Do this workout if you can’t make it to the gym. I promise it will be better than doing nothing. And it will fuel the habit of discipline that comes from daily exercise.
