You know better than that!
Never skip leg day
What’s up Drip Fam,
Most people who work out dread leg day. They think leg day is too hard, will make their legs too sore, and that skipping legs won’t matter because they wear pants most of the time anyway.
As a result, they miss out on the many physical benefits of having a fit lower body. Those benefits include:
A proportionate full body
Increased core strength
Reduced lower back pain
Overall better fitness and performance
If you’ve been skipping leg day and missing out on all the physical benefits that go way past having good looking calves, that ends now.
Because I’m going to give you a simple leg workout that won’t absolutely destroy you for days after, while also making sure that you remain consistent in your workouts from top to bottom.
Leg day workout for beginners:
Dumbbell Squat - 4 sets x 12 reps
Dumbbell Romanian Deadlift - 3 sets x12 reps
Dumbbell Step Ups - 4 sets x 10 reps (per leg)
Leg Press - 3 sets x 12 reps
FINISHER: Abductor & Adductor Machine (superset) - 3 sets x 12 reps per machine
Rest for 90-120 seconds between each set.
If you do these 6 simple exercises 1-2 times per week, you will see a world of difference in your fitness results. And you will get that much closer to your overall goal of having a healthy body.
So get out there and get after it!
