Maximize your gains with this powerful upper body workout
6 workouts for a bigger chest and ripped shoulders
What’s up Drip Fam,
Do you want a bigger chest and bulging shoulders like Hugh Jackman in a Wolverine costume?
If yes, then I have an excellent Push Day workout for you.
Not only will it help you build upper body strength, but you will also enjoy:
Improved functional strength: Upper body workouts enhance your ability to perform daily tasks efficiently and safely.
Enhanced posture: Strengthening upper body muscles contributes to better posture, reducing back pain and improving overall health.
Increased metabolism: Building lean muscle through upper body workouts boosts resting metabolism, aiding in weight management and fat loss.
Injury prevention: Regular upper body strength training fortifies muscles and connective tissues, reducing the risk of injuries during daily activities.
Bone health: Upper body resistance training increases bone density, reducing the risk of osteoporosis and fractures as you age.

Let’s get to work. Do this Jonathanliftz Push Day workout:
Bench Press - 3 sets x 12 reps
Seated Dumbbell Shoulder Press - 3 sets x 10 reps
Incline Smith Machine Bench Press - 3 sets x 12 reps
Superset:
a. Side Lateral Raises - 3 sets x 10 reps
b. Bent Over Rear Delt Raises - 3 sets x 10 reps
Tricep Cable Pushdowns - 3 sets x 10 reps
FINISHER: Cable Fly Machine - 3 sets x 10 reps
Rest for 90-120 seconds between sets, and choose a weight that challenges you while maintaining proper form.
Do this workout 1-2 times per week, and I guarantee you'll notice improvements in your mobility, muscle mass, and overall physical health. If you need to see how these lifts look, watch this video of me doing them.
