Hit this quick ab circuit after your workouts

Do you want ripped abs that bulge through your t-shirts?

If yes, then I’ve got the perfect workout for you.

Not only will it get your core tighter than a bottle cap, but you will also gain:

  • Improved Posture: Strong abdominal muscles support your spine and help to maintain proper alignment.

  • Enhanced Balance: A strong core is essential for balance, stability, and exercise efficiency.

  • Better Functional Strength: Ab workouts prepare you for daily tasks that require lifting, twisting, and reaching.

Jonathanliftz Ab Circuit

  1. Up and Down Planks: 12 reps

  2. Low Plank Knee-to-Elbow: 12 reps

  3. High Plank Mountain Climbers: 20 reps

  4. High Plank Hold: 20 seconds

Rest for 90 seconds, then repeat the circuit 3 times.

Do this ab circuit 2-3 times per week, at the end of your workouts, and I guarantee you will see big improvements in your overall core strength and mobility in a short period of time.
