I am cancer survivor, ex-engineer, and someone who’s been EXACTLY where you are. For the last 4 years, I’ve helped overwhelmed professionals break free from the

Jonathan Walker

From a young age, I was the kid who learned resilience the hard way—losing my mom at 11, surviving cancer, and battling depression, anxiety, and 300 lbs of self-doubt. I failed diets, failed college twice, and nearly let cancer define me… until I realized progress beats perfection.

What brings me passion now is helping busy professionals like you skip the

years of trial-and-error. As an online coach, I blend science with street-smart simplicity—no slim shakes, no 5am torture sessions. Just the same efficient workouts and mindset shifts that helped me lose 80lbs, run marathons, and quit engineering to coach full-time.


My mission? To show you that fitness isn’t about “grinding”—it’s about reclaiming your life. Whether it’s chasing kids without gasping, silencing the “what if I get sick again?” fear, or finally feeling proud in your skin…
